Parks and Recreation staff will present several components of the Master Plan at the March 15 meeting, including the 2012 Trails Plan, Neighborhood Park Plan and also recommended capital improvement projects.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN></P>
