<DIV>This is for boys and girls ages 6-15 (birth years 1995-2004). Boys and girls will compete separately.</DIV>

<DIV>Each participant gets one punt, one pass and one kick for distance and accuracy. All 3 scores are added to determine the champion of each age group. Local champions will advance to the Sectional competition in Jefferson City on October 17.</DIV>

<DIV>With advancement your child will have the chance to compete in the Team Championships at an NFL game in St. Louis.</DIV>

<DIV>Please bring copy of proof of age with you to the competition. You can find forms at <A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com">www.gocolumbiamo.com</A>. Some forms will also be available on site.</DIV>

<DIV>No cleats, football shoes or turf shoes will be allowed, only gym shoes.</DIV>
