and biking on Columbia&#39;s trail system and local bike/pedestrian infrastructure.
 Columbia Parks and Recreation, in partnership with GetAbout Columbia, is
introducing a new City of Columbia WebMail opportunity to keep residents
abreast of the trail openings (four new destination trails are under
construction!), trail conditions<b> </b>and on and off-road programs and
events related to biking and walking in Columbia.  You&#39;ll be first to get
