<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="margin-top: 5.25pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Palatino; color: black;">Columbia Police officers responded to 3100 Wingate Court, Suburban Extended Stay Motel, at 8:46 p.m. in reference to a robbery. </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5.25pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Palatino; color: black;">The preliminary investigation revealed a male suspect entered the lobby of the business armed with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect retrieved an undisclosed amount of money and fled the area on foot. Upon officers' arrival, a K-9 track was conducted and ended in a lot south of the business. There were no reported injuries or property damage as a result of the robbery. The investigation is on-going.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5.25pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Palatino; color: black;">The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6' tall with a heavy build. He was last seen wearing dark clothing with his face covered. </span></p>
