<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="margin-top: 5.25pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Palatino; color: black;">Columbia Police officers responded to 400 Providence Road, Douglass Park, at 6:25 p.m. today in reference to shots fired. </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5.25pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Palatino; color: black;">Upon officers' arrival they located a male victim with a gunshot wound to his shoulder area. The victim was conscious and breathing, and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The preliminary investigation revealed a black male suspect fired rounds at the victim from behind before feeing the area on foot. The investigation is on-going. </span></p>
