<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The Columbia Fire Department, working with the Columbia Police Department, conducted fire code compliance checks at area night clubs on September 24th and October 21st between the hours of 9:00pm and 1:00am.</p>

<p><strong>No fire code violations were observed at the following locations on September 24th:</strong></p>
<p>Willie's, 1109 East Broadway</p>
<p>Penguin Bar, 1025 East Broadway</p>
<p>Roxy's, 1025 East Broadway</p>
<p>On The Rocks, 1011 East Broadway</p>
<p>Shiloh, 402 East Broadway</p>
<p>Harpo's, 29 South 10th</p>
<p>10 Below, 29 South 10th</p>
<p>Tonic, 122 South 9th</p>
<p>Shakespeare's, 225 South 9th</p>
<p>9th Street Public House, 36 North 9th</p>
<p>Room 38, 38 North 8th</p>

<p><strong>Fire code violations were observed at the following locations on September 24th:</strong></p>
<p>FieldHouse, 1107 East Broadway - Required exit blocked</p>
<p>Campus Bar, 304 South 9th - Required exit locked</p>
<p>Shot Bar, 100 South 9th - Required exit blocked</p>
<p>Nash Vegas, 929 East Broadway - Required exit blocked, additional required exit locked</p>

<p><strong>No fire code violations were observed at the following locations on October 21st:</strong></p>
<p>The Roof, 1111 East Broadway</p>
<p>Willie's, 1109 East Broadway</p>
<p>Roxy's, 1025 East Broadway</p>
<p>On The Rocks, 1011 East Broadway</p>

<p>Nash Vegas, 929 East Broadway - Required exit blocked</p>
<p>Shot Bar, 100 South 9th - Required exit blocked, over allowed capacity for occupants</p>
<p>Tonic, 122 South 9th - Required exit blocked</p>
<p>My House, 119 South 7th - Tent erected and occupied without a permit</p>

<p>Violations were addressed with property representatives when they were observed.</p></div>
