<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia is disappointed to report airport manager Tamara Pitt's has resigned from her duties at Columbia Regional Airport.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"While we are disappointed, we want to assure citizens and our customers that daily operations along with our long term goals and vision for Columbia Regional Airport remain the same," said City Manager Mike Matthes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pitt's began her duties as airport manager on Sept. 12. Pitt's last day at COU was on Friday, Nov. 11.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"As we embark on one of the largest infrastructure improvement projects with the reconstruction of runway 13-31 and continue planning for a new airport terminal, we are fortunate to be able to draw on many resources within city operations and through our consultants which will keep these and future projects moving forward," said Stacey Button, Director of Economic Development.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A search for an airport manager will begin in the near future. </span></p></div>
