<p>DETAILS OF INCIDENT:</p>

<p>Driver 1 pulled out of the gas station parking lot at 1412 Range Line Street and began traveling south on Range Line Street in the outer lane. Pedestrian 1 began to cross Range Line Street from the east side of the street towards the west side of the street prior to driver 1 leaving the parking lot. Driver 1 attempted to avoid striking pedestrian 1 but was unable to and struck Pedestrian 1 with her vehicle. Pedestrian 1 was transported to local hospital with moderate injuries.</p>

<p>Speed, alcohol and/or drugs were NOT suspected to have played a factor for the driver of Vehicle 1. Pedestrian 1 crossed the street that was not marked as a pedestrian crosswalk on Range Line Street.</p></div>
