<p>Accident Location: Business Loop 70 E and Eastland Circle</p>

<p>Driver: 1:  Joshua Keller</p>
<p>                  Jefferson City, Missouri</p>
<p>                  Age: 33</p>
<p>                  Injury: Minor</p>

<p>Driver 2: Sebastian Sneed</p>
<p>                 Columbia, Missouri</p>
<p>                 Age: 39</p>
<p>                 Injury: Fatal</p>

<p>Passenger with Driver 2:  6 Year old Child related to Sneed</p>
<p>                                              Columbia, Missouri</p>
<p>                                              Injury: Minor</p>

<p> Incident Details:</p>

<p>Officers arrived on scene and observed a passenger car upside down in the ditch north of I-70 W. The other passenger car involved in the collision was facing eastbound on Business Loop 70 East.</p>

<p>The passenger car that was located in the ditch was occupied by Sebastian Sneed, who was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the collision. The six year old male was able to crawl out of the vehicle and was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.</p>

<p>The driver of the other passenger car, Joshua Keller, was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Once Keller was released by the hospital, he was arrested for the following: Murder in the Second Degree, Assault in the 2^nd Degree, C&I Driving, Driving while Suspended/Revoked and for a Misdemeanor Warrant for Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Keller was released to the Boone County Jail.</p></div>
