<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - So far, so good...<br /><br />The amount and duration of freezing rain has not yet materialized and hence, minimal impacts have been experienced. <br /><br />The forecast for the afternoon and early evening show temperatures should be slightly above freezing. Currently, both priority and residential streets are reported as wet.  <br /><br />As of 12:30 pm, Columbia Public Works has sent all but 8 members of the street crew home. Based on the forecast which calls for additional rounds of freezing rain later tonight and into Sunday morning, a full street crew will report at 7 pm. <br /><br />Columbia Water and Light has sent their crews home and will make a determination as to when or if to bring them back in later today. No electric outages or issues have been reported.<br /><br />Columbia Transit is currently running a normal Saturday schedule. For logistical reasons, ParaTransit is closed tod
 
 ay. <br /><br />Columbia Regional Airport runways are open and afternoon and evening flights are currently on schedule. Because weather at other airports and icing conditions at different altitudes can have impacts on flights, we are still encouraging those with travel plans through COU to sign up for flight status alerts at AA.com or call AA for flight status information. <br /><br />Additional updates as needed via press releases, social media, and on ComoSnow.com.</div>
