<div>The City Council will continue the public hearing on the proposed Unified Development Code(UDC) from Monday, February 20 at a special meeting on <span class="aBn" tabindex="0" data-term="goog_1850638096"><span class="aQJ">Saturday, Feb. 25 at 9 a.m.</span></span> to obtain more public input. </div>

<div><span style="color: 000000;">The UDC contains revised zoning and subdivision provisions and it consolidates development standards in a single chapter of the city code. These changes include but are not limited to Chapters 25 and 29 of the City Code. Copies of the UDC can be found online at CoMo.gov, the link is on the right side of the homepage or to access it directly, go to <a href="http://tinyurl.com/CoMoDevelopmentCodeUpdate" target="_blank">http://tinyurl.com/CoMoDevelopmentCodeUpdate</a>. </span></div>

<div>Citizens may start signing-up to speak at <span class="m_5519215278477327140gmail-aBn"><span class="m_5519215278477327140gmail-aQJ"><span class="aBn" tabindex="0" data-term="goog_1850638097"><span class="aQJ">8 a.m. on Saturday.</span></span></span></span> Verbal comments will be taken in order of the sign-up sheet. Each person will be allowed to speak for 6 minutes and at this time may only speak once during the series of meetings. Council may allow someone to speak again after everyone has a chance to address the Council. Citizens may also submit written comments for Council consideration at cityclerk@CoMo.gov. </div>
