<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Public Works Department has held two interested parties meetings concerning the Stewart Road Traffic Calming project. Stewart was identified as a street with traffic operating speeds higher than desirable. The most recent meeting was held Feb. 8 at the Daniel Boone Regional Library.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the meeting, traffic engineers reviewed potential solutions for the project and provided information and diagrams showing some preliminary concepts. For anyone who was unable to attend the latest meeting, an input form was posted on social media Feb. 17.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">"We would appreciate hearing your thoughts about the Stewart Road Traffic Calming project," said Lee White, P.E., lead engineer for the project. "We have several options that we are evaluating."</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The feedback form is available at </span><a href="http://www.como.gov/publicworks/stewart-calming"><span style="font-weight: 400;">www.como.gov/publicworks/stewart-calming</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and on
