<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Armed robbery at Red Roof Inn</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Police officers responded to 201 E. Texas Avenue, Red Roof Inn Motel, on 3/21/17 at 8:41 p.m. in reference to a robbery with a gun.</p>

<p>The preliminary investigation revealed a male suspect entered the lobby of the business armed with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect retrieved an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area. A K-9 officer responded to conduct a track in the area, however, the suspect was not located. There were no injuries or property damage as a result of this robbery. The investigation is on-going.</p>

<p>The suspect is described as a light skinned black male approximately 5'11" tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing jeans and a hooded jacket.</p>
