<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Interested parties meeting for Sinclair Road Culvert Replacement Project, March 31</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">On March 31, the City Utilities Department will hold an interested parties meeting concerning the replacement of the failing culvert on Sinclair Road at Mill Creek. The meeting will be an open-house style meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Columbia Wastewater Treatment Plant off Gillespie Bridge Road. (See attached diagram for location of the Plant.)</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The project will consist of replacing three failing and undersized metal culverts with one large concrete structure sized to convey flood waters to modern standards. The project will necessitate the closure of Sinclair in the immediate vicinity of the work while the work takes place. The intent is to use a product and methods designed to shorten the time of closure to the greatest extent practicable.   </span></p>
