<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">ARREST MADE IN SHOTS FIRED AT I-70 EAGLE STOP ON PROVIDENCE</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">On 3/26/17 at 1:58 a.m., officers were dispatched to a shots fired on the parking lot of the Eagle Stop located at 1704 N. Providence Road.</p>

<p>The investigation revealed witnesses saw Marc Ballinger standing on the parking lot of I-70 Eagle Stop Gas Station in an argument with an adult male. During the argument, Ballinger was seen pointing a handgun at the male he was arguing with on the lot. Witnesses said Ballinger took off running towards the back of the gas station and witnesses heard two shots fired.</p>

<p>Officers arrested Marc Raydale Ballinger Jr., age 25, from Columbia, at 2:00 a.m. for Unlawful Use of a Weapon Felony on the lot of the I-70 Eagle Stop.</p>
