<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Humans and pooches are invited to join Columbia Parks and Recreation for the Second Annual Yappy Hour. The event will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on April 15 at Twin Lakes Recreation Area, 2500 Chapel Hill Road.</p>

<p>Cost of early registration is $15, which includes admission for one person and one dog plus a goody bag, t-shirt and one drink voucher. A $5 price at the door is available for one admission per individual, $5 per dog and $5 per person.</p>

<p>Yappy Hour will feature entertainment for dogs, including an obstacle course, contests for the best dressed, best trick and best vocal performance and an adoptable dog pageant. Fun for humans will feature live entertainment, photo booth, craft beer sampling and dog-related businesses on-site to display their products and services.</p>

<p>The music stage schedule follows:</p>

<p>3:00 - Pike 41</p>
<p>4:00 - "NASH Next" Mid-Missouri Finalists</p>
<p>5:00 - Anna Soulstice, 2016 BXR Unsigned Artist Showcase performer</p>

<p>Parks and Recreation is coordinating the event in partnership with KPLA, KFRU, BXR, NASH FM, and Mizzou's Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department. Title sponsor of Yappy Hour is Columbia Deck and Fence and beer sponsor is Craft Beer Cellar.</p>

<p>Yappy Hour is an adult event; only those 16 and over are allowed in the specified event area. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and retractable leashes are not allowed. Minimum of one person per dog will be allowed.</p>
