<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Lane restrictions, traffic detour due to water valve installation at Eighth and Locust</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Water & Light will install three water valves at the intersection of Eighth and Locust on Wednesday, May 17, weather permitting. The water valves will be installed on an existing 8" main and will be used to connect to the new 8" main that is being installed on Locust from Sixth to Eighth Street. There will be traffic lane restrictions throughout the project. Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in and around the work area.</p>
<p>The upgraded water line and valve installations will increase the amount of water that can be delivered to the area for consumers and firefighting purposes. Customers will be individually notified of any water service disruptions during this project.</p></div>
