<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The City of Columbia's Information Technology Department will perform system maintenance to the online billing system between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday, May 29. During this period, the system will be unavailable for the public to make utility payments.</p></div>
