<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The next concert in the Stephens Lake Amphitheater Concert Series is next week. The Missouri Symphony Society will perform at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 8. The performance, "Strike Up the Band," will also serve as the kickoff for the Symphony's Hot Summer Nights concert series.</p>

<p>The concert is free of charge and is sponsored by the City of Columbia's Office of Cultural Affairs and the Missouri Arts Council. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating.</p>

<p>Streetdogs Hot Dog Cart and Kona Ice will be on site with food and refreshments for purchase.</p>

<p>The Amphitheater Concert Series features a free performance from May through September.  </p>
