<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Construction at the intersection of Fifth Street and Elm will conclude and work crews will progress into the intersection of Sixth Street and Elm on Monday, June 5, weather permitting.  Elm Street will remain closed between Sixth and Eighth streets resulting in traffic detours and closures from all directions.  Please keep an eye out for updates on this project as road closures will be adjusted as the work moves along Elm Street and up Sixth Street.  <br />
