<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Interested Parties meeting for Nifong Intersection Improvements scheduled for June 20</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The City of Columbia Public Works Department has scheduled an informal Open House meeting concerning the Nifong Intersections Improvement project. This project includes improvements at the Old Mill Creek and Nifong/Vawter School intersection and improvements at the Sinclair and Nifong intersection.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Mill Creek Elementary School, 2200 W. Nifong Blvd. The meeting will take place in the Media Center.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The purpose of this meeting is to present the design concepts for the intersection improvements, which include construction of a roundabout at each intersection. Construction of each project is currently scheduled to begin in 2019, subject to the City's </span><a href="http://www.como.gov/publicworks/updates/public-meetings/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">public involvement process</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and City Council approval.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Information and diagrams showing the preliminary design concepts will be available for public review. City engineering staff will be present to answer questions and a public comment form will also be available.</span></p>
