<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 extending into intersection of Elm and Eighth beginning June 13</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The City of Columbia Sewer Utility will install a bypass pump for project in the intersection of Eighth and Elm on June 13.  While this work will not close the intersection completely, there will be minor impacts on north and south traffic on Eighth and traffic turning to or from Elm during the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. </p>
<p>Work is anticipated to be completed within a week, weather permitting.  Elm Street will remain closed between Sixth and Eighth streets resulting in traffic detours and closures from all directions.  Please keep an eye out for updates on this project as road closures will be adjusted as the work moves along Elm Street and up Sixth Street. </p>
<p>Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in and around the work area.</p></div>
