<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 impacting intersection of Ninth and Elm, beginning Wednesday, July 5</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Construction for the Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project will progress into the intersection of Ninth and Elm, beginning Wednesday, July 5. This will result in a full closure of the intersection and cause detours from all directions. </p>
<p>Elm Street will remain closed east of Fifth Street to the east side of Ninth Street. Eighth and Elm is open to traffic to the University of Missouri quad. Sixth Street will have the east to west traffic open at Locust and at Cherry. Sixth Street between Elm and Locust and between Locust and Cherry remains closed to traffic.</p>
<p>Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area. Check COMO Connect for specific changes to 2A and 2B Gold Line routes and schedule over the next couple weeks. <a href="https://twitter.com/COMOConnect">https://twitter.com/COMOConnect</a></p>
<p>Please keep an eye out for updates on this project as road closures will be adjusted as the work moves east along Elm Street and north along Sixth Street. </p>
