<p>Reclamite is an asphalt rejuvenator designed to extend the life of pavement by sealing surface cracks and preventing water and UV rays from damaging the surface of the roadway.</p>

<p>There will be no parking allowed on these streets from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Staff will set out temporary no parking signs. All parked vehicles must be off the scheduled streets by 7 a.m. or the vehicle may be towed. Once the work is complete, staff will remove the temporary no parking signs and residents may park normally if parking is allowed on that street.</p>
<p>CAM, LLC plans to work on one side of a street at a time to help alleviate traffic issues wherever possible. For driver safety and that of workers, please obey flaggers as they direct traffic toward alternate routes. Depending on the weather, it generally takes 15 to 45 minutes for a treated street to cure and be drivable.</p>
<p>This work schedule is tentative and based on the best available information. It is subject to change due to weather or other factors.</p>
<p>Reclamite is a naturally occurring mineral that dries clear and is not damaging to vehicles under normal conditions. However, it is advisable not to drive or walk on a treated street until it dries. In the event that reclamite does get onto your tires or shoes, it can typically be removed with just water before the product dries or soap and water once the product has dried. Otherwise, the clear mineral treatment typically wears off of tires or shoes in two to six weeks.</p>
<p>CAM, LLC will apply a fine coat of limestone as a blotter to minimize the tracking of the reclamite into driveways, etc. This also helps eliminate problems of rock chips that could be caused by using sand. City crews will sweep up the limestone once the reclamite has fully cured typically within two to three days, depending upon the weather.</p>
<p>Motorist should exercise caution in these areas while crews are working. Flaggers will be in the area to direct traffic to alternate routes if and when sections of a roadway are temporarily closed. Minor delays are expected.</p>
