<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Update - Arrest made related to shooting in the 2700 block of Quail Drive</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Police detectives have arrested Willie Lee-Jacari Higgins, 23, of Bangor, Michigan in reference to Saturday night's shooting in the 2700 block of Quail Drive.</p>

<p>Detectives completed interviews of several people that were in the area when Davis sustained the gunshot wound. Through investigation detectives identified Higgins as being in possession of a firearm believed to have been used in the incident. When detectives located Higgins, a firearm was found in Higgins' property. Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding Davis obtaining the gunshot wound.</p>

<p>Higgins is a convicted felon in the state of Michigan. Higgins was arrested on 7/23/17 at 9:45 p.m. in the 5700 block of Freedom Drive for Felony Unlawful for Certain Persons to Possess Concealable Firearm and Felony Tampering with Physical Evidence with bonds to be set by the Court.</p>
