<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 will impact Elm and 10th Street beginning Monday, July 31</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 is progressing east and will be moving through the intersection of 10^th and Elm beginning Monday, July 31.  This will result in varying degrees of lane and full street closures in this area.  </p>
<p>Elm Street is closed to east/west traffic from west of Sixth Street to west of Hitt Street; however the intersection of Eighth and Elm remains open to north/south traffic and the intersection of Elm and Sixth remains open to southbound and eastbound traffic.</p>
<p>Sixth Street remains closed to north/south traffic between Elm and Cherry; however the intersections at Cherry and Locust are open to east/west traffic.</p>
<p>Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area. </p>
<p>Please keep an eye out for updates on this project as road closures will be adjusted as the work moves east along Elm Street and north along Sixth Street. </p>
