<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <div>The Columbia Community Land Trust is pleased to announce it is hosting a workshop on Community Land Trusts and affordable housing on <span class="m_7655137918587996662gmail-m_4260225126348142039gmail-aBn"><span class="m_7655137918587996662gmail-m_4260225126348142039gmail-aQJ"><span class="aBn" tabindex="0" data-term="goog_2071627328"><span class="aQJ">Thursday, August 10</span></span></span></span>. The Columbia Community Land Trust was awarded a grant from Grounded Solutions Network to host a regional convening on community land trusts. </div>

<div>The workshop will be from <span class="m_7655137918587996662gmail-m_4260225126348142039gmail-aBn"><span class="m_7655137918587996662gmail-m_4260225126348142039gmail-aQJ"><span class="aBn" tabindex="0" data-term="goog_2071627329"><span class="aQJ">12:30 to 5 p.m.</span></span></span></span> in the City Hall Council Chambers, 701 E. Broadway. The Columbia Community Land Trust and its regional partners:  Tenants to Homeowners, Springfield Community Land Trust and Beyond Housing's 24:1 CLT are sponsoring the free regional workshop for Community Land Trusts (CLTs), community partners, and regional communities and organizations interested in learning more about CLTs.  </div>
