<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><strong>UPDATE DETAILS: <br /></strong>Beginning Monday, Aug. 28 at 7 a.m., Tarlton Construction plans to place a crane in the street to replace a piece of equipment at the University of Missouri Power Plant, weather permitting.</p>
<p style="display: inline;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p>This will result in a street closure on Stewart Road mid-block between Fourth and Fifth streets. The sidewalk on the north side of Stewart Road will close but the south side will remain open. The work associated with the closures should be completed by Saturday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m., weather permitting.<br /><br />This closure and work was originally scheduled for Aug. 21-27.</p>
<p>Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route.</p>
<p>Tarlton Construction is a private contractor with a work permit approved by the City of Columbia.<br /><br /></p>
