<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 will impact Hitt Street beginning Friday, Aug. 11</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The Flat Branch Relief Sewer Project 3 will be moving east through the intersection of Hitt and Elm beginning Friday, Aug. 11.  This will reduce Hitt Street to a single lane on Friday and a full closure of the intersection beginning on Monday, Aug. 14 lasting approximately three weeks.  Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area.  </p>
<p>While Elm Street is closed to east/west traffic west of Sixth Street through Hitt Street, the intersection of Elm and Sixth remains open to southbound and eastbound traffic and the intersections of Eighth, Ninth and 10^th will be open to north/south traffic. </p>
<p>Sixth Street remains closed to north/south traffic between Elm and Cherry; however the intersections at Cherry and Locust are open to east/west traffic. </p>
<p>GoCOMO Gold Line buses 2A and 2B will be redirected around Hitt Street construction in the following manner:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Gold 2A</strong>route will continue east on Locust Street to College Ave., then turn south on College Avenue to University Avenue and turn east onto University to resume regular route.</li>
<li><strong>Gold 2B</strong>route will continue west on University Avenue to Ninth Street, turn north on Ninth Street to Locust and turn west on Locust Street to resume its regular route. </li>
</ul>
