<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Deangelo Montrez Butler, the suspect in today's shooting in the 1700 block of Stanford Drive, is now in custody. Boone County Jail staff reported Butler voluntarily turned himself in to the jail at approximately 6:30 p.m.</p>

<p>Butler was arrested for Felony Assault in the First Degree with a $250,000.00 cash only bond, Felony Armed Criminal Action with a $250,000.00 cash only bond, two (2) Felony Warrants for Probation Violation with a combined bond of $40,000.00, three (3) Warrants for Failure to Appear with a combined bond of $11,607.00, and three (3) Out of County Warrants with a combined bond of $10,950.00.</p>
