<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Each April, the City of Columbia recognizes local businesses and organizations that take action in their own operations to reduce environmental impacts, champion sustainable practices and promote a culture of environmental responsibility.  </p>
<p>With categories including Environmental Stewardship, Pollution Prevention, Resource Conservation and Best Innovative Practices, there are plenty of opportunities to highlight how businesses are implementing sustainability best practices. <br />Additionally, the Mayor's Award celebrates a previous winner for its continued commitment to sustainability.</p>
