<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Hitt Street, University Avenue intersection lane restriction beginning Sept. 12 for water main retirement</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Starting Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m., City of Columbia Utilities will be excavating to retire the existing water main for Hitt Street, south of University Avenue. The work will result in a lane restriction at the intersection of Hitt Street and University Avenue. The intersection should be reopened without restriction on Wednesday, Sept. 13 by noon.</p>
<p>Motorists, non-motorized transportation users and pedestrians are advised to seek alternate routes. There should not be any water service disruptions during this project. </p></div>
