<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Update - Arrests made for tampering with evidence in gunshot wound investigation on Rolling Rock Drive</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Police detectives arrested Darren Devon Carter, 22, and Deandre Tyrone Winters, 20, both of Columbia for Felony Tampering with Physical Evidence related to the investigation of the subject located with a gunshot wound on Rolling Rock Drive Saturday night.</p>

<p>Through the investigation detectives learned the scene of the incident had been tampered with by Carter and Winters. Detectives continue to actively investigate the circumstances leading up to the subject receiving the gunshot wound. The victim remains in critical condition at this time. There is no further information available as the investigation is open and on-going.</p>

<p>Carter and Winters were both arrested on 10/8/17 at 1:10 a.m. at 600 E. Walnut, Columbia Police Department, for Felony Tampering with Physical Evidence with a bond to be set by the Court, respectively.</p>
