<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Shooting in the area of Austin and Grand Avenue</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">On 10/21/17 at 8:04 p.m., officers were dispatched to shots heard in the 200 block of Business Loop 70 E.</p>

<p>Officer arrived on scene and located several shell casings in the area of Austin and Grand Avenue and one vehicle damaged by gunfire.</p>

<p>At 8:39 p.m., Officers located a male victim with a gunshot wound in the 700 block of Sixth Street. The male victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.  The shots fired and the victim of the gunshot wound are related to each other.</p>

<p>At this time, I do not have the identity, age or condition of the victim. I do not have any suspect information. The investigation is ongoing.</p>
