<p><strong>INCIDENT DETAILS:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The crash occurred as vehicle 1 was traveling westbound on Nifong approaching Forum. While driving, Wise had a medical emergency which caused him to veer to the left. Wise left the roadway and entered into the parking lot of Boone Medical Group. Wise then crashed into six parked vehicles before coming to rest. Nurses from Boone Medical Group began providing first aid to Wise until EMS arrived on scene. Wise was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. </strong></p>
