<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Registration is open for the 2018 Columbia Values Diversity Celebration. The 25th annual Celebration is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018 from 7 to 8:45 a.m. at the Holiday Day Inn Expo Center, 2200 I-70 Drive SW. Pre-registration is required by Jan. 5, 2018 at 5 p.m.</p>
<p>The theme of this year's celebration is "Forward In Unity: Embracing Our Beloved Community." The program will include performances representing the rich diversity of our community, live music at the breakfast followed by the presentation of the 21st annual Columbia Values Diversity Awards. The keynote speaker will be Kevin Powell, writer, humanitarian and president of BK Nation.</p>
<p>The cost is $17 per person, but scholarships are available upon request. Please call the City's Office of Cultural Affairs at 573-874-7311 for registration information. A registration form is available on the City of Columbia's website at <a href="http://www.CoMo.gov" target="_blank">www.CoMo.gov</a> (search: Diversity Celebration).</p>
