<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Sewer construction to close North Hinkson Creek Road beginning Nov. 29</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia Sewer Utility and contractor, Sterling Excavating & Erection, LLC, will close North Hinkson Creek Road beginning Wednesday, Nov. 29 to construct the 36 inch sanitary sewer for Phase 1 of the Upper Hinkson Creek Outfall Sewer Extension project.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Construction will take place approximately 0.7 miles north of the Mexico Gravel Road roundabout near Highway 63.  The full road closure is anticipated to last between two and three days, weather permitting.  During this time, drivers can access the northern portion of North Hinkson Creek Road by using the detour along North Wyatt Lane.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area. </span></p></div>
