(COLUMBIA, MO) -
On 11/28/17 at 4:05 p.m., detectives arrested Todez William Donald, age 32, from Columbia, for Armed Criminal Action, First Degree Assault, Unlawful for Certain Persons to Possess Concealed Weapon, and Unlawful Use of Weapons.

Witnesses described seeing Donald and another black male subject standing behind building 1008 on Claudell Lane. The witnesses described Donald and the other male arguing and Donald raised a handgun and shot at the other male subject. The witnesses said the other male shot back at Donald and both ran from the scene. Witnesses described seeing Donald run back to the scene and go into building 1006 on Claudell Lane.

Officers located Donald at building 1006 on Claudell Lane. Officers located numerous bullet holes in the side of apartment 101 of building 1010. There were also bullet holes in a nearby vehicle and an air conditioning unit attached to building 1008. Officers located numerous casings to two calibers of handguns and a small plastic bag of marijuana near the casings.

Detectives located a concealable holster on Donald's belt. Donald told detectives he uses the holster to carry his cellular phone. Detectives compared the holster to Donald's cellular phone which was too large to fit inside the holster.
