<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Beginning Wednesday, Jan. 10, the University of Missouri Campus Facilities Planning, Design and Construction will begin construction for a new School of Music building. This will result in a sidewalk closure on the south side of Paquin Street (between Hitt Street and Matthews Street). The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by Friday, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m., weather permitting. <br /><br />Motorists and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should find alternate routes when possible.<br /><br />A long-term closure is scheduled to follow this short-term closure upon Columbia City Council approval. Further details will be announced at that time.  </div>
