<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Arrest made related to the triple shooting in the 900 block of Business Loop 70 East</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Police detectives arrested Lorenzo Ray Shephard II, 22, of Columbia in reference to the October 8, 2017 shooting that occurred in and near the parking lot of Ruckus Bar & Grill located at 904 Business Loop 70 East.</p>

<p>Through the investigation, officers received information that one of shooters was Shephard. Detectives were able to use surveillance video from a neighboring business and observed a suspect that matched the description of Shephard.</p>

<p>On 1/11/18 at 3:49 p.m., detectives observed a vehicle believed to be associated to Shephard pull into the parking lot of 3001 S. Providence Road. Detectives observed a male believed to be Shephard run from the area of where the car parked. Detectives directed Shephard to stop; Shephard looked at the detectives and continued running. A foot pursuit ensued and Shephard was eventually detained in the 500 block of Green Meadows Road.</p>

<p>Shephard was arrested for Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Felony Resisting Arrest with bonds to be set by the Court.</p>
