<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Police detectives arrested Anthony Todd Rowell, 47, of Holts Summit, Mo. today in connection to the attempted abduction on Greenwood Avenue last Thursday, January 25.</p>

<p>As part of the investigation, Rowell was positively identified by the victim as the perpetrator. Detectives also confirmed Rowell owned a vehicle matching the description provided by the victim.</p>

<p>Rowell was arrested on 1/30/18 at 12:00 p.m. at 1201 State Road O in Fulton, Mo. at the Callaway County Sheriff's Office for Felonious Restraint - Second Degree Kidnapping and Misdemeanor Fourth Degree Assault with bonds to be set by the Court.</p>
