<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Resident input wanted on Boone County Community Health Survey</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a part of a community building effort, the partnership of Live Well Boone County and Build this Town Campaign for the Agriculture Park is encouraging all citizens of Boone County to make their voices heard through the 2018 Community Health Survey.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This survey seeks to better understand community health and the food environment in Boone County. Results from this survey will inform projects that aim to improve the health environment in the county. The data collected will be shared by both organizations at upcoming events as well as online.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To ensure this effort reflects the community, residents can provide input through an online survey found at </span><a href="https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Y75ZK8D"><span style="font-weight: 400;">https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Y75ZK8D</span></a> <span style="font-weight: 400;">or via hard copy surveys at the Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services Department, 1005 W. Worley St. Participation is voluntary, answers will be confidential and respondents may choose not to answer any question once consenting to taking the survey. The organizations thank the respondents in advance for providing valuable input.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The survey closes on March 16, 2018. Respondents are asked to only take the survey once.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"We want to learn more about the needs and opportunities that people are seeing as it relates to food in our community, and we encourage everyone to get involved and share their thoughts," Build this Town Campaign for the Agriculture Park Director Adam Saunders said.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Live Well Boone County is a community health assessment project managed by the Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services Department. The Build This Town Campaign for the Agriculture Park, as a part of the collaborative public-private partnership called Friends of the Farm, is conducting a Community Food Assessment to inform future programs and infrastructure at the Agriculture Park.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"The Community Food Assessment is valuable outreach that will inform not only the Agriculture Park's operations, but the opportunities for improving the food system in our community," Saunders said. "The Agriculture Park is an exciting opportunity to bring a bunch of diverse stakeholders together. This 2018 season will be big, not only for the construction but also for the partnership and program development at the park."</span></p>
