<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">**Update**Commercial Structure Fire at 206 Austin Avenue</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <br />The Columbia Fire Department Fire Marshal's Office has concluded our initial investigation regarding the commercial structure fire on Austin Avenue.  The fire originated in an office on the second floor of the structure.  At this time, the cause of the fire has not been determined.  More information regarding the cause will be released as it becomes available.  Damages are estimated at $75,000.<br /><br /><br /><br />The Columbia Fire Department was dispatched to a commercial structure fire at 206 Austin Avenue on Sunday, February 4th at 4:45am.  First units arrived at 4:52am and observed heavy smoke showing from the second story of a two story commercial structure.<br /><br />Fire crews performed an aggressive fire attack with pre-connected hose lines and found heavy fire on the second floor.  A second alarm was struck at 4:49am, requesting additional crews and 
 
 equipment.<br /><br />Crews brought the fire under control and remain on the scene searching for fire in concealed spaces.  Assistant Fire Marshal Joel Pauley is the fire investigator.  Additional information regarding origin, cause and a damage estimate will be provided when it becomes available.<br /><br />Twelve units from the Columbia Fire Department responded to this event.  There were no reported injuries.</div>
