<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Sewer repairs on E. Worley Street between Garth Avenue and Providence Road beginning April 30</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In an effort to complete necessary repairs before the scheduled mill and overlay, the City of Columbia Sewer Utility will replace a sewer main and several manholes located on E. Worley Street between Garth Avenue and Providence Road.  Work will begin on Monday, April 30 and likely continue through Friday, May 4, weather permitting. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Crews will begin by replacing the three identified manholes closest to Garth Avenue which are located in the center lane and allow for east/westbound lanes to remain open.  Next, crews will remove and replace a portion of the sewer main located at 109 E. Worley. This requires closing a small section of the westbound lane during daytime hours for two days.  Flaggers will be present to redirect traffic. Lastly, Sewer crews will replace three additional manholes resulting in a closure of the left  (northbound) turn lane of E. Worley Street at Providence Road.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">These repairs will improve sewer infrastructure in the area and allow for a smoother roadway.</span></p>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">As this work progresses east along Worley, motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area.</span></div>
