<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Miles Leighton Hillegas, 21, of Columbia was arrested on Wednesday, May 2 in Ward County, Texas in connection to the April 26 shooting in the parking lot of 2102 E. Business Loop 70, Black and Gold Bar.</p>

<p>Columbia Police officers identified Hillegas through the investigation and a warrant request was submitted to the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Hillegas was arrested at 5:32 p.m. by deputies with the Ward County, Texas Sheriff’s Office on the Felony Warrant; charges include Felony Assault in the 1^st Degree, Felony Armed Criminal Action, and Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon with a cash only bond of $500,000.00. Transport to the Boone County Jail is pending.</p>
