<p><strong>DETAILS OF INCIDENT</strong>:</p>
<p>The preliminary investigation revealed Driver 1 was traveling westbound on Clark Lane near the 3400 block. Pedestrian 1 began to cross Clark Lane from the north side of the street towards the south side of the street. Driver 1 struck Pedestrian 1 with his vehicle as Pedestrian 1 was crossing the street. Pedestrian 1 was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is on-going.<br /><br /><br /></p></div>
