<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Central Neighborhood leaders and the City of Columbia will host a Community Unity meeting in the Central Neighborhood on Thursday, May 17, from 6 to 7:45 p.m. at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 702 Banks Ave. The meeting is open to all residents in the Central Neighborhood.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Community Unity meeting is a continuation of previous meetings held in the Central Neighborhood earlier this year where residents identified goals they would like to achieve. Tim Teddy, director of the City’s Community Development Department, will facilitate the meeting with the assistance of Columbia Police Department Community Outreach Unit officers. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Agenda topics include:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Public and utility box art; and</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Sgt. Robert Fox on the Community-Oriented Policing project</li>
