<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Columbia's Integrated Management Plan for Wastewater and Stormwater final draft open for comment</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia invites community members to read and comment on the final draft for the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) for Wastewater and Stormwater.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City hosted a series of workshops in 2016 and 2017 to gain a better understanding of the community’s sewer and stormwater priorities and obtain feedback on important public health and water quality issues in and around Columbia. The City now has a draft plan and is seeking feedback to ensure the community’s priorities have been captured.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The IMP is a long-term planning effort by the City to address critical infrastructure and meet Clean Water Act requirements in an adaptable and affordable manner. The plan includes a five-year action plan and a 20-year planning horizon. Its phases will address the most critical needs first, while allowing adequate time to gather information needed for thoughtful planning of future infrastructure.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The draft IMP and comment form can be found at </span><a href="http://www.como.gov/utilities/sewer/imp"><span style="font-weight: 400;">CoMo.gov/utilities/sewer/imp</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">.  The comment period will close July 13.</span></p></div>
