<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:200%;"><h3 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 170%;">Stormwater upgrades will close Bear Creek Drive at Gipson Street beginning July 9</h3>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia Stormwater Utility and contractor, Seth Paul Excavating, will upgrade stormwater infrastructure at Bear Creek Drive and Gipson Street beginning Monday, July 9, which will result in the full closure of the intersection. Crews will replace the current stormwater inlets with one larger inlet and replace the pipe underneath the road.  Repairs are anticipated to conclude after one week, weather permitting.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This project will improve the stormwater system’s ability to intercept stormwater and increase the lifespan of infrastructure in the area.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Traffic is encouraged to use Garth Avenue. Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in the area.</span></p></div>
