<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The next concert in Columbia Parks and Recreation’s Stephens Lake Amphitheater Concert Series is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 2. BXR 102.3 will present the Darkroom Records Artist Showcase at 7 p.m. The Amphitheater is located on the northwest side of Stephens Lake Park, 100 Old 63 N.</p>

<p>The concert is free of charge and is co-sponsored by BXR, KPLA and KFRU. The artists performing are Columbia Public Schools students who participate in the school’s Darkroom Records program.</p>

<p>Performers will include Grace Dablemont, the Adaptation, Violence of the Violets and the Sweaters.</p>

<p>Concert-goers are encouraged to bring sunscreen, hats and/or umbrellas and a blanket or lawn chair for seating. Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome. An Italian ice vendor will be on-site.</p>

<p>The Amphitheater Concert Series features a free performance from May through September.  </p>

<p>Monday, Aug. 27, 6 p.m. - United States Air Force (USAF) Shades of Blue jazz ensemble</p>
<p>Thursday, Sept. 6, 7 p.m. - Pigweed Old Time Country Band</p>
